I've never researched: what's the advantage of a billet block, as opposed to OEM? Weight savings?

I dont know if its an option with the Bullet blocks for the 4g63 but one of the advantages are custom deck heights, the other more obvious ones are better oil paths, better coolant paths, around a 20kg weight saving on the cast block.
I know they require you to run an electric water pump and also they have some good spots for crankcase breathing or regulating vacuum, i would assume the girdle is billet too if they even supply that, i emailed them and heard nothing a while ago

Makes sense, if you are going to the "nth" degree. Would be kinda cool to be able to make all the improvements you want. I couldn't imagine ever getting bad *** enough that I find myself needing a billet block (I wish I would, though). Impressive and sure is sexy.

Where i can get the revised cam sensor covers so i can put a mechanical pump on the sensor side of the Evo head? I also like this clean look.
