The HKS downpipe picture shows that it has an o2 sensor bung near the flange at the cat. I'm assuming someone had that welded there right?

the tanabe web site claims their downpipe has an 02 bung but the one that ups just dropped off is bungless.

Then Tanabe does not have an EGT bung in it FYI, even though their site says it does.

Th Fujistsubo does not have a flex section in it as pictured

I read posts all the time speculating about whether it helps to have a bigger downpipe or not. Someone posted this on NASIOC a while back. It's by far the most scientific explanation for this I've read. I don't know whether or not the guy is for real, but he sounds knowledgeable:

"Sticky" means that it sticks to the top of the forum and doesn't slide down like other threads as more topics get updated. This way it's easier to find since it stays at the top of the list.
