I am also interested in the Megan Racing DP.... I can't see why anyone would want anything else for the price? Is there any kind of draw back..... Ok.... Well I have been doing some reading on the board.... Megan Racing sounds kinda iffy......

RMR Downpipe

I have the RMR Turboback setup with the Perrin test pipe. I've read a lot of posts from owner with a config who have complain about how loud it is. I think it's louder in the cabin than it is to the outside observer. i say it's pushing 96-98 db tops. It screams in 1st and 2nd. After that it purrs like a big cat.

I any event, the RMR exhaust is worth the money. Better throttle response, more power you'll feel.

Is the oil pan heat thing really an issue with 3" dp's? I am looking for a DP something reasonable in price... Any ideas?

Does anyone here have the Vishnu downpipe and CAT? I know it is expensive but I am really interested in it. I have the Exed and his signature series cat-back. They are both fantastic. If anyone here has the Vishnu downpipe/cat I have a few questions: Does it actually clear everything? Do you get a check engine light? Does it feel like it added much power? Any feedback would be appreciated!

I went with the HKS DP. Works great and good quality, wanted consistency since I had a Carbon Ti Catback already. I used oil pan shield I got from Buschur, worked well.

I was considering the JIC, XS Race or SP Engineering DP. They both look good, fit the stock exhaust hangers and are 3". But they don't say if it clears the stock cross bar.

Does anyone have experience with these exhaust?

Just put in a Megan racing downpipe and test pipe in and have some MAJOR rattle issues. But it fit well.
