The newer Helix clears the oil pan pretty good. Very impressive unit if I might add.

I am very happy with my Megan Racing downpipe, for $140 shipped I couldn't have went wrong. This thing is a full 3" with no reducers and clears everything under the EVO. It is triple polished stainless steel with a finish that still looks good after 2 months. For the price I don't know why anyone would want to buy a different downpipe.

Then I got a 3" Catco high-flow cat and welded 3" flanges onto it for a total cost of $60. My Catback is a full 3" which is also stainless and has no muffler to Magnaflow 3.5" tip. Total cost of the catback was $150 which was done at my local muffler shop. There is one part in the entire catback where a pressbend appears to bring down flow, and in this area the measured width was 2.87" so it isn't even that bad of a bend.

That makes my total Turboback exhaust come in at $350.00, it sounds great, never rattles, and fits just like stock. I also have a 3" test-pipe that costed me $20.00 to make, although I haven't raced the car yet so I see no reason to install it.

With a little patience anyone could have this exhaust and some extra money left over to do some other mods

Will the HKS 2.75" downpipe + a UR high flow 3" cat and the HKS 3" hi-power catback exhaust bolt up correctly? Does anyone else have this setup. I was just wondering about the fitment and how it sounded. I have a 3" turboback w/cat-delete and i want something a little quieter and better fitment.

Why would you want 2.75"? If you want to quiet it down make sure the muffler your using isnt a straight through design. Also make sure the mid-pipe has a resonator. All of this will help much in quieting your car done. What kind fo system do you have now?

How does it feel compared to the helix? Performance and sound difference?

Unless you think you can beat the price of a Megan Racing downpipe ($150 shipped) you may not have much of a market. Not being a vendor or having any history you would be taking a chance to develop products for any market. It would takes good reviews and good advertising to make your product sell itself.
