I'll be working on mine today, but I am hoping that the culprit is my MIVEC cam gear. Just makes no sense after swapping out to a fresh new short block from Mitsu, 0 miles that the same exact noise continues after the same amount of warm up time.
I'll post my results after.

Update:
Swapped out MIVEC gear, and the super loud noise under boost is gone, but the really loud lifter ticking like/knock sound form head still remains.
I swapped out lifters, bled them, still same result.
Now I am on to believing it could possible be my BC camshafts in the car.

I bought OEM Camshaft set off a Evo IX off a user. Said they only had about 30k miles. When I discovered I had BC, I did some research and most claim they are a pretty bad cam set.

Update:
An entire brand new short block, and countless parts thrown at this. The issue ended up likely being the Camshafts. While I am getting some ticking noise due to the lifters which will probably get quieter over time, I can say the ticking noise is much quieter and almost not even comparable to the loud ticking noise I was hearing before since swapping back to OEM Camshafts ( I had some BC stage 2 before that previous owner had put )
A very expensive lesson, but glad I can finally drive the car a bit now and break in the clutch and put some miles on the new short block.

Car is running great! There is still some valve-train noise that bothers me a bit, but I've learned to just sort of live with it. I've done my engine oil changes and broken the short block in. Not metal shavings, and runs like a top.
Maybe someday I'll re-do the head with brand new everything to get rid of the noise. For now though, I'm just enjoying it before winter hits.
