It's broken.

Unless you've mounted it somewhere different and you're tripping.

So it's what I said it was a few months ago.

Ideally you should be data logging the NB o2 sensor.

What do you mean is broken?

Outlander Turbo has 2 cats, one between front and rear O2 sensors, right after uppipe, second one after second O2 sensor. Front cat got removed when I installed EVO aftermarket downpipe, second one got replaced with 3" one. So now there is front o2, wideband sensor, second o2, highflow cat. in that order

I didn't know you have an Outlander. That explains the misunderstanding. Make sure your UEGO isn't too close to cat because readings will be skewed from cat slowing the flows down and you getting a more blended reading of extra cylinders (it is already blended enough because of the turbo).

Does your spark plugs have white residue?

UEGO is around 20cm before cat(that would be 7-8inch I think), don't know about spark plugs but, turbo hot side look really clean and white. Also cylinders the same way when looked via scopecam.

I was reviewing my ROM today and noticed that idle ignition timing is advanced, it's aroud 10* instead of 5*, also idle timing compensation limt is set 3 instead of 8. I guess those changes were to make idle more stable.

Could it be the cause of lean idle? if yes, how can I fix it or should I leave it like it is?

Lower idle rpm requires higher timing to prevent stalling.
what idle RPM are you running with those cams?

950,
And I had to reduce overlap(smth like, -4,+2) a lot to make it stable, I really surprised why S1-s require such effort, I wonder how people with really aggressive cams handle it.
