A ball bearing FP SS setup will run close to $4k once you factor in the waste gate, down pipe, manifold, and intake. And the SS red spools similarly to the two vband turbo kit options mentioned, just with less power potential on pump due to back pressure.
Any fp ss housing can do 500 on pump with appropriate mods I made 500hp 400tq with jb fp green, built and ported head full bolt ons

93 octane and on the verge of knock. Asking to pound the bearings out of it.

But seriously, I think it can be done on dynojet and dynapack. But there's no cushion for a tank of bad gas, especially on FP SS Green.

No way FP SS Green makes 500whp with 93 gas on a real Mustang dyno.

One of the things thats always been great about the 4G63 community is people are always willing to push way beyond what an efficiency map says to find out how much you can get from a turbo so you dont give up the response.
Not to steal the OP's post, but still keeping on the longevity and quick spool note, what is the best turbo setup for at least 500 whp and 400 tq and quick spool on a 2.3 motor with an Evo IX with 93 octane in your experiences? I'm kind of noob to turbo upgrades so I hope you don't mind the question lol Cheers!!

If someone doesn't feel like posting ,do a quick search. That question gets asked about once per day. Far more I.go out there than any of us could give you without going into another 100 posts.

Yeah, I've doing a lot of searches and reading up on the forum, but I just can't seem to get all the right (complete) info so I thought I'd ask for personal experiences now. lol I was leaning towards either going with a Gen 2 GTX3076R or FP Black on 93 pump gas and was hoping someone had experience with both so they can share their thoughts on pros and cons along with what kind of support mods they had. lol

if you read the above, many of us don't care for FP SS turbos. We would rather use a better single scroll design from the exhaust manifold instead of Mickey Mousing twin scroll manifold to a bypassed twin scroll turbo that is single scroll internally. Unless you have to deal with smog check inspections, I'd stay away from FP SS turbos.

You can make a mustang dyno say whatever you want it to say.
