I got this ticking/clunking noise coming from the transmission only when the clutch is engaged. If I was to disengage the clutch(press and hold the clutch pedal) the sound goes away. Before I drop the transmission I was wondering if anyone has any input to what might be wrong.

The trans and tcase has about 10k miles since it was rebuilt from jacks(previous owner has it rebuilt and supplied paperwork), the rebuild was just the basics for the trans and tcase(w/ RS dif).

Sounds broken. Pull it and send it out or tear it down.
