Tranny problems

So I'm in the middle of a front end restoration. Hooked up the tranny to the block. But it doesn't seem to work very well?
I did not change the throwout bearing since I've ran out of funds and becoming unemployed with the Corona stuff since last week doesn't help.

Video explains more, is this normal?

I don't think your TOB is popped into the wedge collar.

Rip. Didn't see the video link.

If the TOB isn't snapping into the locking collar (which is what looks like is happening), you're gonna need to pull the trans back off.

if its not in the collar... wouldnt it just pop right out if you tried to push the clutch?
thats what i would try.

Found the issue. Collar popped of inside the clutch. Cleaned it up and now it works like a charm.
