2.3l fp black fueling questions.

So I put a rod through my stock block with a red after driving it at 450hp for a few years. Looks like a Piston cracked and went through the pan.

I'm rebuilding and orderd a oem 2.3l build from map weisco 1400hd, turbo tuff rods and stock 100mm crank. Arp everything and all that they offer.
I am also having my red rebuilt to a black as it took a chunk of piston through the turbine.

I'm building a doubble pumper using my dw 320lph pump for the primary and a Wally 255 that I have sitting around for the secondary. The secondary will run on a Hobbs switch. Will be used with 2150cc

MY question is I have two -6 running from the pumps going to a y. For the other end of the y Do I need to run a -8 to the rale or would I be ok with my existing -6 in the car? I'd rather not have to get a different fuel lab filter and fuel rail fittings for - 8 unless I need to.

Goal is around 600/650 e85 of course.

That's plenty for fuel. People make that power on stock lines. Good luck with the build.

Right on. I was told that I would out run a single 450 pump at around 600 on the mustang Dyno I will be using, Only reason I'm doing doubble pumps to have plenty of fuel

As has been said many times on this forum- Do not order an engine from MAP. There are many other places to get a properly built engine. MAP isn't one of them.

Also, building a 2.2L/94mm crank motor is much preferred over a 100mm motor.

As single walbro 525 with hi/lo voltage rewire (and siphon drilled to 9/64"), upgraded fuel rail, mostly stock lines (replace the underhood portion of the feed line with the STM -6 kit to get rid of the restriction at the fuel rail inlet), and 2000cc injectors would be plenty of fuel.
