Clutch for breaking TOB finger

I’m having issues with the clutch fork in my 05 Evo 8, 5 speed, breaking the fingers on the Throw Out Bearing. This is now the second one I’ve had this issue. I know the picture isn’t the best, but it seems like the clutch fork is moving and the tob isn’t. Can anyone help?

What clutch? And is this a oem TOB? Is the clutch pedal really stiff looks like the pressure plate might be messed up causing extra force on TOB.

ACT HDSS. OEM Throw out bearing. Everything is brand new. Clutch pedal felt a little stiffer than normal, but I also went to this from a comp stage 2. Gonna tear it all back down and I can take more pictures.

That's weird it looks like it getting forced the opposite way like the fork is pushing into pressure plate instead of pulling away.

Only way I could see that happening is if you are pushing way to hard when pushing fork to engage TOB wedge collar on initial install.

That’s why I’m confused and looking for help. I’m pushing on it by hand. And it’s cracking metal.
