when i cold start it the pressure is only around 20-30psi then drops down to 10 when i drive it it gets to 20 psi at 2k rpm 3o psi at 3k rpm when i stop at a light it drops to 0 after 10 mins of driving the idle psi stays at 13 which it was at normally and driving the psi is around 50 at 3k rpm im thinking what ever is cuasing low pressure if fixing itself when it gets hot like a seal would expand but im cluesless

 

Tell tail sign of bearings on the way out. Stop driving it immediately and check your oil level, change oil and look for metal in the oil. It could be a bad oil pressure sensor or gauge also. But most importantly, don’t drive the car until you trouble shoot it. There’s Plenty of low oil pressure threads on here, I was just looking at some yesterday myself.

Stop driving it immediately, you're only damaging it.

Pull the pan, inspect the bearings. If those are OK (probably not), pull the oil pump and insect that. Post pictures of your findings.

 

Go buy a cheap mechanical oil pressure gauge from orielly or autozone to cross check your gauge. I had a vdo gauge that read low. Mechanical gauge read right swapped it for a innovate that read the same as the mechanical. There like $15 bucks too so worth the shot. If it's still low time for teardown.

 

Checked the pressure with a mechanical gauge thank god it read 26psi at idle so my sensor is no good
