Cam help. Trying to revive this high mileage evo

I purchased this evo from my brother, who did not have it long himself. Car had/has a long list of things needing/have been repaired and I'm coming down the home stretch.
I'm at the point to get ready for tune, but I cannot figure out if the intake cam is stock or not. I know the exhaust cam is greddy easy cam (don't know specs). Intake seems unmarked and looks of a different cast. (Pic attached).

Car drives okay-ish as long as you don't intent to build more than a few psi under loads.
Can anyone chime in if the intake cam looks to be stock or not?
Can't track down previous owner. Car is 189k miles, silver, 03, gutted trunk. Was plastidipped red I believe. From california I also believe. Random info there incase previous owner is on forums.

The head looks like an engine with less than 30k miles! That's what you call maintenance..Is it the original head? If so that's remarkable. Anyways does the cam have holes in it? the stock cams are hollow. Easiest way to know for sure. It looks aftermarket to me..

Hey welcome to the group @Dontmindthebrap

Are you referring to the exhaust cam? Thats obviously a Greddy cam.

I would think they should be both Greddy cams?

Cheers, Joe

Honestly I don't know if it is original or how to find out. I'm a student to this car game.
Where would I look for the holes? On the ends?

I noticed the exhaust is the greddy "easy cam". The intake is where I am stumped. I'm not familiar with the concept of exhaust cam only, but it seems to me like this could possibly be the case.

One would hope they bought the Greddy set & installed? Maybe the exhaust cam only has the Greddy branding?

That could be possible. I couldn't see any markings at all on the intake side. Beginning to wonder if it's possible to check the intake cam aside from removing it and having a shop measure it. In that case, I'll probably order a new set.

If you are digging into the head that deeply. Many of us run GSC cams. I run the S2's

Stock cams have these holes, I cant see them in the pics so im sure they're aftermarket, I am thinking MinusPrevious is right and they're also Greddy but the intake cam isn't marked but that's just a guess.

Just noticed the intake cam has "2" engraved on it.
