cam gears and 280's

What do you think, will I get same (similar) results by adjusting cam gears on my 280/280 setup as some other people on here? Right now they are set at 0/0.

I also need to know which one is intake cam and which one is exhaust cam?

Intake cam is adjacent to the intake manifold, exhaust cam adjacent to the exhaust manifold.

I suggest you get someone to assist you with that.

I read someone on here runs +2/-2 with a huge increase in TQ and HP vs 0/0. Question is will the results be the same on the other car with those cams/cam gears?

+2/0, not +2/-2.
