OK, so has the "Tuning is everything" horse been beat to death yet? If not let me give it another whack!

Getting the right tune is the single most important aspect of engine set-up. If your car isn't tuned correctly the parts can't work to their maximum ability. A trip to a dyno with a good tuner could easily be the best hp vs $$$ upgrade you can make right now.

Get the car tuned!

when i say 4.75 bar, i mean thats the highest it gets when i'm under full boost/load...

There's no way in hell you're running 4.75 bar. Thats like 80 psi. I could be wrong on the 80...but thats HIGH as hell. also, ive only seen boost gauges go up to 2 bar?

4.75 bar is 69 psi....You need to get on a dyno with a good tuner after the first pull it will be obvious why your car is not making power

He's referring to fuel pressure. The rate of rise for fuel pressure is 1 psi for every psi of boost. So if fuel pressure is 43 psi at 0 psi, it should be 63 psi when you're at 20 psi of boost.

Where is your fuel pressure sender located anyway? Is it before or after the FPR?

Anyone know what the idle fuel pressure is with the vacuum hose disconnected off the FPR?

it's before... grab a pic of the Perrin fuel rail, it'll show you where the sending unit goes...

well, got the car tuned with a FJO wideband... night and day differences!!! it still does not feel like a 12 second car due to the humidity, but i think in perfect conditions i can possibly be a 12 second car...

You dont have to have it tuned to run 12's. Before i did my major mods i was running 12.4's with 1.7 60 foots with the stock ecu.
