yup, my renewal just hit me and i almost collapsed. blame mitsu, they downgraded their safety ratings (accoring to my insurance) the car went from an ISO 18 to an ISO 24 ISO 27 is the most expensive (ferrari, lamb's) went up substantially.

 

im 16 and for my evo it cost me over 3 grand here in texas, thats more than what my dad pays for his 03 porsche twin turbo

 

My rating also went up to the 20's(high performance rating now) from a 12 and now I pay $1,222.00 a year 32 yrs old. No tickets and no at fault accidents.
A Big jump from $760.oo that I paid last year. Man I would hate to be in my teens and try to afford this car.

 

I pay $290.00 every 6 months for full coverage with 100,000/300,000 liability

 

damn you guys are lucky I pay 4800 a yr, thats more than my car payment.

what does everyone pay in here for insurance cause i was quoted like 400 bucks a month and that seems a lil expensive im 17 years old with clean record.

 

I don't have an Evo but I did get a quote on one. I was 21 with one ticket, full coverage (lowest amounts possible on everything) $1,000 deductable, no rental, no towing. $1119.50 if paid in full.
