Hmm geico gave me a quote of $2200 for 6 months!!!! Forget that!~! My current insurance company e-surance couldn't give me an accurate quote since the Vin isn't in their system.

I'm 24 live in AZ and have one speeding ticket on my record. Anyone have similar profile as me? If so what are you paying every six months?

i have a 2004 mazdaspeed miata with roughly around 3500 miles on it. i'm looking at trading it in for an evo iii. i tried to looking up how much my car is worth on kellyblue book and intelliprice but they dont even have the mazdaspeed miata in the computers yet. i financed 29000 from the bank for the mazdaspeed. and i pay 500 a month for 60 months. and right about now i still have 26000 left to pay to the bank. before i get all hyped up and excited to visit a mitsu dealer, i was wondering if i can get some opinions on my situation.

like i said i want to trade the mazda for and evoiii. probably put 3000 down and try to keep the payment under 575 a month for 60 months. maybe would consider going to 72 months.

is there any likely-hood that my expectations could be met?

I ended up putting 3K down on my 2004 VIII- financed for 84 months (not too happy about that) at 6.5% putting me at about $475.00 a month.

No, they would offer crap for my trade since it had sooo much aftermarket crap- they wouldn't even give me what I owed.... Sold it privately, but won't have the money until the 29th. they were able to get me the loan even with my existing car loan still on record. Luckily my income isn't too bad and my credit is good- or I would've had to wait until the 29th.

You're one of the lucky few.

I traded in a less than 2 month old ralli art with 5k on it for $14,500 I paid $20,000. The dealer paid off the remaining balance on my ralli art loan to MMUSA. I paid $26,000 for a used 03 black evo with 9k on it. I put down $2000, plus $400 for gap. I opted for the 7 year loan with 1% of higher interest so my payments are $497/month for a long time. On the upside I still own a solara that is getting fixed that I am gonna sell for $12,000 and put all of the money on my loan. As it stands now if I make the minimum payment it will cost me like $7,000 in interest, I think Im at 6%. But I want to get it paid off withing the next 3-4 years. So the intestet wont cost me that much. I figure what I lost on the ralli art I made up for in buying a used evo thats as good as new, and I destroyed the RA in the 2 months that I had it, burning clutch, smoking tires, bouncing off rev limiter in reverse and 1st, and 2nd. and I took it to the track and did the best burnouts in the burnout box even though I lost almost every race.

Holy BeJesus, am I one of few who pays less than 450 a month?
I refinanced at 4.0%, under home equity loan. Initially, it was 6.7% but still only came out to 490 a month, with gap coverage. I paid for the taxes, took the interest rate, signed the paper and walked out in 2 hours. Sorry to boast, but that was my first mediocre triumph over a dealership.
