so many place let cars fly lol its a joke...Anyone thats into cars out here has a hook up, meet some people and they can hook you up..if not i know like 3. if you have your strock suspention keep it. But like i said there are so many hondas out here that are slamed i realy dont think you will have that much of a problem.

i honestly just wanted to throw on some stiffer springs, but if being lowered is going fail the recon inspection...

i need to know exactly what to do before i leave so i have less of a hassle when i get there

f recon. its a damn joke here anyways. if you get pulled over for something else, they might hassel you for recon. i dont think its a big deal anyways.

Dood, on my transfer to hawaii, I had an intake, BOV, straight exhaust (no muffler), and some electronics inside. The only thing they made me do was get a muffler put on, and take the sticker off of my car. For your INITIAL inspection, first time in the state, depending on where you go for your inspection (which is anywhere pretty much), they won't **** with you, except for maybe ride height, which I dont have experience with because mine isnt lowered. The recon is for modifications done AFTER the car passed initial inspection. So anything you do while you are in hawaii, could possibly warrant a recon (which it wont, because the cops dont know their head from their ***). I was never pulled over, for the year and a half that i was there.
