OTOH my last tank of gas averaged 11.5mpg, so I can kinda understand if you are strapped.

Wouldnt a Lambo Gallardo or a ferrari be classified as a car meant to be driven yet all the people ive ever seen driving one drives it slower than my grandma

It's a waste of money if you don't drive it but to each his own.

Hmm... 03 with 6000 miles.
If it wasn't for the trips to CT it would be a lot less.
I got so many miles I took the engine apart.

I know a guy in SD that has 03 EVO that has 8000 miles and he pay $500 a month to drive the car 4000 miles a year
to answer your question... you buy it so you can drive it hard nad let it sit somewhere safe so you can drive another ****ty car everywhere that you don't need to be driving the evo. all race cars should be supplimentarily equipted with a beater.

2005 MR with 1100 miles on it so far. I just sold my 2000 Civic SI to get my EVO (Awsome upgrade!!) and it only had 9800 (Thats not a typo, it looked, smelled, and drove like new) and I ended up getting $17500 for the car!!! Sticker was that much four years ago.
