Mitsubishi never gave you the garuntee.. id like to see you get that garuntee from Mitsubishi North America in writing. Those repairs should not have been fixed the first time under warantee.

as for your issue, the person who made the verbal promise was your local service guy and not Mitsubishi. your problem is with the local service guy and not with Mitsubishi. if you had anything close to a legitimate claim here and the local guy screwed you over you could have gone to Mitsu Motors North America and complained to them, but that is not the case and i'm pretty sure you know that.

I’m closing your thread dude. You ask for opinion, then go ballistic when you don't like the answers. You believe a verbal promise was made by the dealership and that promise has been broken. I hope you can work out a satisfactory solution with the dealership. This horse has been beat enough (along with a few members.
