A/C makes car almost stall sometimes

Hi guys. Whenever I turn on the a/c, when taking the car out of gear and decelerating, my car almost stalls. This only happens once in a while. Could it be the plugs? Any input would be appreciated.

Ya, the AC really sucks the big nut in this car. I just don't turn it on unless I am on the highway. Roll down your windows.

Okay, is the A/C not so good as far as cold air output or is it a matter of driveability when the A/C is on?

My a/c blows cold as hell, but the occasional stalling really sucks the big hole. I have a custom dynoflash. Would that have anything to do with it?

I don't have any problems, other than a huge power decrease. Just take it to the dealer or a professional to fix it if it bothers you that bad.

I had problems with the A/C with Aftermarket BOV and intake. Went back to stock and it worked fine.

I was about to say if you had AEM all that could be rectified in a few keystrokes.

I have the RMR open intake and no tune, no problems with A/C.

hey man i think i can make things clear a lil bit see in saudi the temp. is 42 digrees hahaa most of the year so u can tell we have our A/c all the time u need to rase ur (Avaunce) sorry its a french word its the rpm idel i hope u get what i mean and when u rase it up a litle then on idel with no A/c ur rpm will b a little bit higher than usual but it will never stall when the A/c is on and having cams in there doesnt help at all so by raising ur rpm a lil u will run fine, 1 more thing to all evo A/c user never switch ur A/c on as u r driving u will damage ur compresson (HAPPENED TO ME) :-( and it wasnt fun pluss dont street race when its on cos u r loosing a looooot of ur power have a nice day man and take care

The A/C definately kills the Evo leaving from a red light and makes it idle like absolute crap. I don't even have cams in mine and it runs like fido's *** until in boost. It also changes my timing on letting the clutch out when shifting because the engine looses RPM so much quicker.

Mine stalled just this morning as I was pulling up to a red light with the A/C on. It was doubly embarrassing because sitting at the light in the next lane over was an STi. The Subie driver laughed at me.
