Hmm.. could swear most of this has been covered in different threads.. but, since this is all-in-one..

35, married, 1 kid, work for IBM, also own a side business
homeowner, 2 cars
$420/mo on the evo (4% financed for an amt no one needs to know). insurance about $700 on the evo every 6 mo give or take a few bucks.

Equity loan or line of credit sounds like a good idea.. but I need to move soon.

I actually drive and RA. but anyways. I decided what was most important to me in life and I got it. I now live on my own in a dilapidated eighteenth century house converted into a duplex and with a dirt driveway. But I'm happy

The problem with paying on your home equity so little is that you will be paying for the EVO and Exterra for 15-20 years...

Im 20 turning 21 in October and Im A New Car Manager or Inventory Manager at a Ford Dealership. EVo Payments I can handle. Its the insurance thats gonna kill me here soon.

Monthly payment is 414 a month for 60 months

Dont know my insurance yet Im shopping right now as we speak lol.
