Needing to know where you can get the Ecuteck for the Evo, I have found places that tune it but none that sell it, I have searched and found nothing, please help me thanks yall.

I am a dealer but only offer it on a custom tuned basis - "it" that you buy is simply a license fee
Its a top notch flash platform

Last I knew ECUTEK was talking third quarter for their end user product. Working out something with the harness if I remember right. I called them a little over a month ago. They did say there would be a discount if you already had a license.
I got a custom flash from Al and am very pleased with the results.

And how did you get this conclusion? Last time I checked, the ECUTEK comes with more features than regular flashing. The only thing I see that you might have a problem with is the price difference.

I heard ECUTEC were working on this and I was waiting for it too. Are you one of the first MR's that Al posted the (good) results for? How did you get a custom job done in WI?
I drove up to the cities when Al did the custom flash in MN and got it done. He said it would probably be around 300whp on a DynoJet. I put in my trap in some of the HP calculators based on mph and it showed about 330whp.

Last I checked there is no tuner in TX that does Ecutek flashes for the Evo. You would have to catch one of the sessions from a visiting tuner. Check out the this thread for something scheduled in August:

I was wrong on the flash. It is a custom Dynoflash. I didn't realize there was a difference until I talked to Al. It was less expensive and works great. Sorry for the mixup.

On 91 Octane, the P1/P1e should see a peak gain of ~20 HP/TQ while the P2/P2e bumps the peak gain up ~25 HP/TQ. Significant gains will be had in the upper RPMs where the P2/P2e boost holds solid as others taper. (We've seen differences of ~40 at redline).

Just finished up doing a custom tune Ecutek for an Evo this morning. The nice thing about Ecutek is the ability to have more control over the stock ecu's parameters. Also Ecutek is constantly coming out with new fuctions.
Here is an example of an Ecutek reflash I did this morning. The only mods the customer has is an hks catback and perrin intake. With the Ecutek we are able to control the factory boost solonoid and hold 21psi through redline. You can notice the gains of around 30-40hp and 30-50tq through the whole powerband.
