I was wondering why both your car and AMS' car needs the twin Tial setup. I am still learning alot about these things and can't seem to figure out why they need it. Does one simply not hold enough boost or will it start to creep boost once you make that much power? I hope to get my car someday to the point where I can run against ya with some sort of a chance. Im finally getting mine dialed in better and better working out the bugs. Thanks

What a ride that'll be in the 1\4! If it were me, I'd have to take some of my friends along for fun.

The stock evo is twin scroll - meaning the turbine housing of the turbo is divided to seperate the pulses from the individual cylinders. In the strock car there are wto seperate wastegat holes in the 02 housing.

In the case of my car - my turbo ia also a divided housing - so - twin wastegates are kept to better divide the cylinder puleses which is thought to enhance low end power

anyway, both amazing numbers.

That's in Single turbo Supra region. With a 4 banger.
There are many engines that can push a max of around 500whp per liter. The 1.8, 1.6, 2.3 Honda engines have done it on methanol, 4g63's have done it too on methanol, Supra 2JZ's have done it with methanol and 1 without methanol. Ford 4.6 DOHC have come close pushing 2100rwhp in a 101MM Turbo powered drag car. Rotaries have put down 700whp per liter on methanol. I'm sure there are more out there.

The whole point is even though many people want to believe that one engine is better than the other etc etc. In the end there are many engines that can push these extreme numbers while running extreme boost. 740AWHP is freaking awesome by the way.

What boost was this at?
