Anybody else seen this???

I just installed Downpipe and test pipe.
I noticed a sqeek coming from underneath me over bumps and under accel, it's not too bad though. So I took it to school to put it on a rack and I noticed the exhaust hangers on the DP aren't holding any of the exhaust weight. So the mounts on the DP are rubbing against the two black hangers and squeeking.

Also I have the HKS hi power cat-back. I noticed the resonator has been worn down a bit. With further inspection I realized that the drive shaft (under heavy tourqe) is twisting over and rubbing against the exhaust. The Carrier bearings for the drive shaft have some play. I can take them and move them I'ld say just under 1/2 an inch.

Has any one had this happen??? Also if you can get under your car and move the drive shaft see if you think 1/2 an inch is excessive.

Thanks for any replies.

I used a paint stick on the rub spot to see if it's still rubbing, I'll check it at school again on monday. I just don't want it to rub through the resonator

I have the HKS cat-back as well and it has PLENTY of clearance.. Make sure it's installed correctly...

It's installed correctly, I'm an ASE certified tech and I un-bolted it and reinstalled to make sure. By no means am I a rookie when it comes to installing. But honestly, thanks for the ideas guys.

I think it has something to do with the Carriers having so much play....O'well I'll mess with it at school monday and tell you guys if I can figure anything out.

Thanks
