Blakc is a shweet *** color. But it doesn't show the lines like silver. But hell, I'll take either one.

i can't imagine that $3k extended warranty being worth it, either. was that kind of imposed on the purchase? or you wanted it?

The warranty wasn't imposed on the purchase, but I'd heard scary rumors that the tranny was prohibitively expensive to replace, and I thought that I'd be better safe than sorry. At $3000 for a warranty, though, I'd be sorry both ways

 

it is in my humble opinion you wont have to worry about this tranny going, besides its allready covered 5yr 60k think about that, thats 2008.... the syncros are amazing, tripple in first and second and thats where you usually would run into trouble, plus mitsubishi did build it to be really torque reinforced, 3k is way more than importing a j-spec tranny or just rebuilding yours, i work at the dealer so im supposed to sell warranties, and my opinion is dont worry about this one even thought is awd, id say its buff as ive ever seen, although mitsu isnt known for having great trannies, i jsut replaced my galant vr-4 tranny at 122k and it only cost me 850 installed buying it off ebay, i coulda just rebuilt mine but i was too lazy to find a good place, think about what 3k could do to this car before you waste it on some cheezy tough to deal with extended warranty plan, i say modify and kiss it good bye......
