Going to Evo need help on $$$ pricing

Well, my buddy is sellin his black 2003 Evo VIII .... 27,502 miles...mods are: AEM intake, AMS turbo-back, ACT Clutch w/670 miles, AMS Upper I/C pipe, AMS Lower I/C pipe, AMS FMIC, AMS mini battery, Apexi AFC I (street tuned by AMS), GReddy profec B Spec II boost controller, GReddy turbo timer, Tial BOV, Stewart Warner boost gauge, winter tires on stock rims, has stock tires for spring-fall w/6k miles on them, Walbro 255lph fuel pump and stainless steel clutch line but not yet installed...how much do you think all that is worth? I'm selling my srt-4 now to get it for sure, but I'm just getting an idea on price. btw, I had a 95 gsx and loved it and I miss the AWD so much but i'm not about to go back to a 97-99 DSM...

Also, what do you think the HP and TQ #'s for the car are, and what do you think it would run in the 1/4 mile?

I'd probably go lower for a 2003... I've seen them for 22k-23k here in Cali, and our cars are usually a bit on the expensive side.

22-23k WITH mods? I mean its a private selling, its not at a dealer by any means...

I can sell my modded Evo in Oklahoma for 23k quickly. People in Chicago probebly have more money, so you 24-25k wouldn't be a bad deal for all the mods.
