UPDATE: I just got back from the Mitsu dealer. I had my appointment for the paint issue. The Mitsu rep was pretty cool. He took a look at my paint and said "it's not covered by warranty, but as a good-will, he would schedule an appointment and have the car clay-barred".
I'm expecting a call back from Jerry's Mitsu today or tomorrow when the guy who does this kind of stuff gets back. He said he only has one guy who can clay bar a car.
I hope everything goes smoothly. If it works, i'm going to purchase a clay bar for myself.
While i was there, i picked up a oil filter. It was only $4.83. Glad i didn't pay $6-7 from lancershop.

Now, that is just plain scary. But, it good that you are getting it done at the dealer. For an "FYI" visit this site http://www.properautocare.com/index.html It's very informative.
