Wow. If you are not on commision and your job is not on commission why don't you just help the "strokers" out. You are not losing a sale by answering some questions. I know people who dress down when buying electronics, cars, etc. because they feel it is necessary when spending large amounts of their money to recieve excellent customer service. It is really funny when salepeople who are paid on commission aggrevate them because they assume they cannot afford the product or are wasting their time, and they just go to the next store.
