see the point i and the few others are getting at, is basically they should send some sort of a notice giving us buyers up to date info on the product we purchased. i been into this tuning scene for about a good 5 to 6 years now. and majority of companies i order parts from always sent up to date notices saying where your product is and what not. thats all im looking for. i see some people had very well shopping experiences with them and thats good. just now im not so happy yet. when gruppe-s comes and solves this problem for me. then everything will be rectified until then. people should know how they operate.

donmeca- you seem like a good guy and I do not think you had ill intent, but I do believe that your title "good or bad" could use a facelift. Also, our new Cheif Justice of the Supreme Court is a newbie, so, go figure.

Greyhound will call you when the bumper comes in, that's how it works.

This thread is based on the customer service aspect of things and some other problems people have had with them, people judge the food, service @ my restaurant everyday, and I have to deal with it.
Yes, but, food critics usally finish the meal before they respond.

^Tru but Gruppe-S didnt directly manufacture any of the products that they are selling so all your really using them for is a courier service to relay the product to you etc. so thats what they are being judged on, the way they handle your transaction, not the actual product. If i get my bumper and its damaged I wont blame Gruppe-S I'll blame Greyhound, simple as that

Gruppe-s is top notch. I bought several things from them, and nothing but the best service.

Sounds like the transaction is still in progress, and a communication barrier that is the real problem.

Bumper hasn't arrived yet? Maybe you should be blaming greyhound, not gruppe-s.

More than 90% of people on this thread were satisfied with their services, if it was a vendor with a bad rep then I would be worried, but it isn't. Maybe your bumper hasn't arrived yet because it is a (special)-(order)-(JDM)-(part) and Japan is kinda far, and there actually maybe a legitimate reason why they have not responded yet, and not just because you have really nice things to post about the way they do business.
