Great..... the dealer installed the wrong LoJack system on my car.
So this morning I dropped off my car at my local Mitsubishi dealer to have the LoJack Advanced Warning System installed on my brand new Evo IX which i bought last week (financed the LoJack when i bought the car) and spent the day with some friends at the Indian Casinos in Temecula, CA. I picked up my car this evening when the service dept was closing up and i got my keys and went home to register the system and to my suprise the card said it was only the basic system (half the price of the higher end system) and didn't give a registration number for the advanced recovery system which calls your cell phone if your car is broken into, towed, moved, started, etc so you know in time so your car isn't chopped up by thieves.
The dealers now closed and now i gotta take it back to have them correct the issue. Rrrrrr......

This exact same thing happenned to me when I got my IX 4 months ago (Glendale Mitsu)... had to reschedule the installation because they had to change the whole system. What a hassle.
