And we still don't seem to have a clear answer on this. All I have been able to gather from all this going back and forth on this thread is that there most likely is not a crash support beam for the JDM bumper as they do not have it on the vehicles in Japan, which is contradicted by some posts of a rear beam being ordered from Japan. It is also unclear what the differences are for mounting a license plate for the rear US bumper support or the JDM unit. F**k, I'm ready to throw in the towel and just leave my US rear end on and deal with the bigger ***.

The answer is clear!!! IT DOESNT EXIST!!! What these people are ordering is a support NOT a crash beam. Our cars already have them....Why do you think theyre so cheap?

THIS QUESTION HAS BEEN ANSWERED. THERE IS NO NEED TO ARGUE IT

So what exactly are the issues with the USDM license plate not looking right?

Any feedback is appreciated as I just received my bumper and am looking at installing it this weekend.

drill out the mount and rivet it higher, you gotta tuck the lights up into the bumper, there's a recent how to from Hawaii w/ excellent pics

btw, this thread is retarded, that thing isn't like the 18 pound crash beam you gotta remove

Got hit from the rear and when the two different adjusters went to look at my car, they did not say a word. I have my front one off as well. I am now rocking the Demonwerks(sp?) rear bar. Luck of the draw I guess.

I could never bring myself to EVER live in Cali. for that sole reason. Feel real bad for the guys out there.
