Umm, it might sound like a good idea removing all this weight, but you should think first. I mean, of course less weight is better and you do get the benifits you said, but your totally messing up the weight distribution. I mean the stock EVO has a 60/40 front/rear weight balance, but your EVO probably has a wight distribution of like 80/20 front/rear. That is a long way from the perfect 50/50 balance you should want. I mean if all you do is drag race, this is a great idea, but if you making a road/race car, you should start thinking bout weight distribution.
