HELP!!! Transfer Case Fill PLUG

I am having a tough time trying to take off the fill plug. I'm using a jack and I am trying my best to muscle off the plug. Looks like it's a lil rusted...I struck there for 1 hour trying to take them out.
Any suggestion? Please help me out!

use some PB blaster to break the rust also instead of trying to loosen the bolt try to tighten it first to break the rust inside then try to loosing it or use a braker pipe to help you with the leverage.

carefull with that. i would use a breaker bar if you have one. much stronger than a wratchet. i used a wratchet once. i was having a hard time getting it off and the wratchet slipped. stripped part of the bolt. what a pain to get it off after that!

I'm gonna ask another question. I changed the tranny fluid last month. And I felt like i'm getting a lot worse gas mileage. I used BG Synroshift I. I pump til the fluid start coming back out.

Was it because I changed to 18 inches wheels. The lost in mpg is quite noticable. Amost 1/4 gas tank gone for 33 miles street driving!!!!...Not even driving it hard....Not in boost range. Stock ECU, no flash, only mod is Turbo back exhaust. !!!!!

I find a good system with stuck bolts is to use pb blaster the hit the bold on the head with a hammer to shock it. The schock helps loosen it up. then try the blaster again if you have to. Theres always a way man
