either you're really good friends, or you're small, cause I would have beat his ***.

His insurance better cover it, if not I would file charges againsed him and take him to a civil court.

it's called Grand theft auto:
Would you ask a car thief's insurance company to pay for your car?
anyway how can you have " no insurance" for your own car?
good luck, and all I know, that if it would have been my friend, their would be no " funny pics" after he totalled my car.

that aint funny and by the look of the pics, he thinks its funny. good thing about this situation is that if his insurance doesn't pay crap for your car then he has his eclipses to sell to pay for your new evo.

If you didnt call the police and there was property damage you could be charged for leaving the scene of a accident. How can you have a new car with no insurance on it, assuming you owe money on it?

This story sounds really fishy. You left your apparently uninsured car unattended? If the car was uninsured, you should have had it in the garage and that's it. What did he do, break in your house and steal the keys and then drive off with it without you knowing?

Same kind of thing happened to me when I was 15. I borrowed a friends brand new Civic hatch (he let me) , and totalled it 3 minutes later. He lied to the police and I was charged with GTA. After 3 years in court, I won. Because his family was responsible for the new uninsured car, they payed for everything. Cars, medical, etc. And State Farm dropped his whole family for life. I felt bad, but I did not steal the car. Good Luck..
