I don't know of a way to simply remove the scratches, but you could always remove the panels to sand and paint them.

Bringing back from the dead, but has anybody any idea? Only thing I can think of is using something like Meguirs vinyl protectant, but that doesn't really solve the problem, just makes it look more glossy -which I don't like. I need to use something on the pass kickpanel/glove compartment as they're getting scuffed up.

You might want to check out carbon fiber or some other vinyl overlay as well... a lot faster than painting.

if they are deep, an old dirt bike trick is to use a razor blade and trim the burrs off. But for minor scratches.....there are plastic restore polishes, but I dont know how those work on interior parts.

Also, to help minimize scratches use Plexus on the plastic parts. It also works wonders on gauge clusters. That clear plactic scratches if you breathe on it wrong!

I had a pretty deep scratch on my dash by what looked like a key. I gave a call to vinyl doctor and the guy came to my house and fixed it under an hour. It costed me $60 but you can't even tell it was there.
