First of dumb ****, read!!!! I wasn't there when the sale was made... She clearly asked the dealer if there was any kind of damage, and he answered no!..When I come back to him he says that it's so minor, that i shouldn't worry and so on, and then he starts arguing with me, says I can't do anything and that he will gladly buy back the car, but for $1500 less. Basicly laughs at my face and says that I can't do anything. Well at least I did something....
And for your retarted brain, I didn't want any damage on a car because next owner is going to look up the same vin# I did and find same stuff, and no one wants a previously damaged car for a price of a good one!!! So go suck on it, and think before posting

Wow, I didnt know that we had that many lawyers on this site. Comming from experience in the legal dept. You def have a case. It doesnt matter if the dealership had paper work or not. They never told you about the damage on the car, and carfax never had it reported. What I would do, would be to find out who was the prevous owner of the car, and find out where the repairs were made. If in fact the body work was done at the dealership then for sure you have a very strong case. But if the work was done from a body shop, then there a couple different ways it could go. One, the body shop can get into alot of trouble for not reporting this as an accident, or repair on the car. Second, the dealership still has to disclose this info to you. They for sure knew about the accident, heck your ins knew, so the dealerhip in order to resell a car they have to find out the whole history of the car from day one. This is done a couple of different ways, through the dmv, and as well as data base searches that have mass ammounts of date on vehicles which dealships, collections agencies, law enforcment, lawyers, have access to. They knew about the accident and have provided you with no paperwork to show for it. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE, you have a very strong case here. And for the people who have no idea how our legal system works please for this guys sake, dont put your two cents in here its just confusing him more.
im glad you have faith in the legal system. but these cases arent unusual, and dealers dont even flinch when a customer tries to take them to court.
you can try to make a case against the dealership. i am rooting for you. but the burden on proof is on you that the dealer purposely sold you a wrecked car. and im assuming that the dealer kept all the copies of paper work, or most of the things that you signed anyway. good luck having them "find" it. again, i am not telling you not to file legal action. i hope you win and get a new car + punitive damages from the dealer. but i dont think the odds are in your favor.

I told people what happened, in that case it was the only thing I could do. And you're just a regular wussy... I stood up for myself and my girl, the guy was lauging at my face saying I can't do anything... Maybe I can't get the car straight, but he definately was wrong saying that I can't do anything.
And for you, go find something else to do, I don't see you contribute to this thread

sometimes it doent show up on car fax! my homeboys car showed no problems when he bought it. with more searching we found it has been wrecked and carfax never showed it so i dont believe in carfax!

So then you say you're going to "put it back to stock and drive down to the dealership with your lawyer". You're going to complain to the dealer about covering up the fact that it was previously damaged, but it's perfectly acceptable for you to hide that you modded the car though?
