This is simple stuff. It's not about one dyno being inaccurate and the other being accurate. It's all about before and after gains. Absolute numbers mean nothing, and it's this lack of knowledge that drives dyno owners crazy, because noobs think that one shop knows how to make so much more power than the other shop just because the dynos read differently.
DDs typically read much lower than Dynojets, and so do most Mustang Dynos (not all, though). You can't worry about absolute numbers. You just have to worry about what a stock Evo does vs your modded numbers.

DO YOU GUYS GET THE FACT THAT I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE WHP #'S ARE SO MUCH DIFFERENT BETWEEN THESE TWO DYNO'S (DynoJet vs. DynoDynamics). I'M NEW TO THE WHOLE DYNO **** AND I WANTED SOME INFO. I'm not certain. I'm just doubting that the Stock Evo IX puts down 260-275whp. I want to know why DynoJet's WHP#'s are so much higher than DynoDynamics that's all. Cause if I get the Buschur Package I'd like to know what to expect on a DynoDynamics. I'm planning on getting all my tuning done on DynoDynamics. This forum is either really informative or a huge waste of time. Same thing goes for the members. Sorry for this thread everyone.
