Mines been off for about 16k with a few 200+ mile trips and plenty of daily driving to and from work in rain, snow and obviously hot summers too. No issues to date.

I don't use mine, it gets a little dirty every now and then but I just hose it down. My car is not my DD so I don't know if that counts.

I don't have one, but am thinking about making one for the front 15 inches or so.

Its one of the first parts to go on many evos! Took mine off 15,000 miles ago and never looked back. Makes it easier to work on the car.

I have a bag of about 1000 ford clips that fit perfect and go in and out much easier without breaking, I use these ones.

Like they said unless you run on dirt or loose terrain an undertray can be done without.
