i traded from a s2k to evo...

2 diff. worlds. the s2k is fun..yes. top down..going under a bridge..drop a gear or so and let those 9k rpms rip!!


BUT...you WILL miss the tq. even with a 4000 dollar turbo kit for the s2k..its kinda...blahhh.

as for handling..the s2k might..MIGHT..handle a tiny bit better..depending on types of curves and how fast your gonna take em.

but in my book..the evo wins.

You can say that again! I used to bang my S2k off the 9k rev limiter all day without any consequences. The evo is not as "forgiving"...

 

Go for it. I came to my EVO RS from an 04 S2000. It was a blast. In some respects i like it better then the evo.

If you're thinking of trading in an Evo for a S2000 for looks and handling then you might as well go one step further and get yourself a Lotus Elise. The handling is in another league all together plus it won't feel as torqueless due to its light weight.

 

SCREW THE ELISE GET THE EXIGE!

 

the elise is also about 20k more. You could do wonders with 20k in a s2k
