low beam adjustment
i dont have evo yet but as with all cars there should be an independent bulb angle adjustment on the back of the head lamp assembly i guess u can level them with each other and then only use the incar adjustment nob.
Search for headlight adjustment, there were pics showing the gear/10mm bolt head on the reverse of the light assembly that controls the HID angle. I have mine dialed up so the the middle setting of the in-car dial is right for driving, so I can dial them up or down from that point.

On a related note:
What exactly is the reason one would want to adjust your headlights? I mean, if you need more light use the highbeams or fogs. I don't understand the real logic behind a headlight adjustment switch?
I keep my lowbeam lights as high as they go which seems about normal compared to other cars. No one has flashed me or told me they were too bright.

No cap on the adjustment screw, look lower down, in the middle of the light assembly.
And the stock setting is way low, with lowbeams on at interstate speeds you overdrive them. After swerving around a chunk of semi truck tire that just "appeared" in my lights, I wanted them up higher. Its easy to do, makes driving at night less stressful, and why the heck not do such a simple adjustment on your own?
