I THINK the stock tie bar will work, if you are using our spacers for our exhaust I am more certain, without the spacers might not work.

I do know one thing, on a product like these I am not going to make everyone happy, it's impossible. I am not even going to try to be honest.

I intend to cut them perfectly, drill the holes that I have used and ship them out. From there depending on what downpipe or catback you have, what tie bars or how easy you want to be able to remove it you very well may have to cut, grind or otherwise modify them.

GREAT news!

I got the rear tray built for the car, finished and it is mounted permanently on my RS. It is nothing short of bad ***.

IF it is not raining in the morning I will take the car to work, get it up on the lift and shoot pictures of both finished pieces. I will then describe it all to the best of my ability and come up with pricing. We will be able to start taking orders and shipping them almost immediately. I have enough material to build a few of each right now. Only takes a few days for more to come.

It will be fairly time consuming cutting/drilling each panel.

I will leave the rest of my babbling for the pictures. You guys are going to like them!

This is somewhat unrelated but it could possibly be made out of the same material depending on how thick the stuff you're using is....

I'd love to have a low cost panel to cover the hole between the back seat and trunk in a gutted car. I know I've seen at least one but I don't even think it was made in the US.

I will be at your shop soon to drop off the car for some drivetrain work... I could make a template and bring it with me if you don't have time to fool with it but would be willing to cut me one out...

solution:
get a aluminium panel + card board.
Cut out the card board untill perfectly fit in the trunk .Then use as a templete.
Finish will looks like this./My car/

Looks pretty nice but where did you get the panel at? The last time I had checked on this stuff (been a few years) I could only buy in bulk locally. I do have a carbing under tray I don't need but I doubt it would do the trick

Ill buy on of these undertrays fer sure! If anyone has looked into these befor im sure some of you stumbled across the Beatrush undertray.....

Looks amazing, but it comes in like honestly 10 different pieces with parts you have to remove and bolt on to the your EVO. The thing looks like a nightmare. Pretty much a two pound bag of hardware that comes with it ...No JOKE!! In fact i traded mine for a set of brake rotors at a swap meet.

So needless to say dave, the simple design is geneius.....Now where are those pics! 8 pages of posts and no pics im at the edge of my seat right now! LOL

I love my Beatrush tray but I would have one of BR's if they were around at the time. A lot of people complain about removing under trays but there a lot worse things.

Dave: Any interest in making some of those? Not a big deal if you're not... I can pickup something locally.
