so, 4176 Evolution IX MRs were brought to US in 2006, huh ?? i wonder how many of them were SEs, since Se was only made towards the end of production....
and, of the MR SEs, how many were black... ?

i always wondered, which car is more rare, my TB IX MR SE, or my Black 1997 C36amg. only 286 were imported into US in 1997 (and only about 120 of those were in black)
.

From my understanding the most rare combo was the EB IX MR SE, close to the RR IX RS...but that just doesn't seem right.

Perhaps you mean TB MR SE, since EB wasn't available as a MR or SE.

You were mistaken. IX RS were the rarest of all besides '04 RS' without a/c.

how rare is 03 bby cars?? i hardly ever see anybody rocking that color. im sort of glad i dont live in cali lol down here in Louisiana where i live evos are UBER RARE. my dealership got 9 evos total for 2003-2006. 1 WW 3 red 2 black 1 silver 1 yellow 1 bby. one of the black ones ordered was a black evo 9 se. NO MR editions. the only mr i have ever seen was when people were passing though the base and one was in my parking spots when i came home from work about a year ago before i owned my evo. I was like WOW a MR and a evo(remember they are truely rare down here) then i was like Jack A$$ parked in my paid parking spot. Also im the only bby where i live i had to go up north to get mine just dont sell that color down here. the 1 bby the dealership had a doctor bought it and put exactly 52 miles on it and ran it into a tree car lasted 2 days totaled. then he came back to the dealership and bought the 2 red ones. so bby and Ly are pretty rare colors i hear. Any truth to that. i know what color is not SILVER UGH

I barely see EVo IX's in Atlanta and there is a pretty sizabe community of EVO owners. I've only seen one other EB EVO besides mine.
