we call it Exhaust manifold brother, but what kind of "headers" do you have ??

btw since u got these, Get a tune and u'll notice a gain

Message Mellon for your Tuning and to get yours tuned at a fairly good price so you dont have to send your ECU, since u're in Lebanon and i know for sure, tuners are rare in there.

you definetly need a tune specially after headers, your turbo is spooling way sooner and you ECU may not be responding with enough fuel,,, you got to be carefull

go to the link above Jestr is on of the best tunners in the nation,,,, he is up there with the big dogs,, proffesional altitude brother

So who's Mellon??? sorry im new here :S

dunno abt the headers make (something made in thyland...)
I'll definetly try the ecu reflash, but i'll install the direct intake kit (HKS),
the downpipe, and the walbro pump before...

PS: do u think the reflash by email will work properly??? i mean how can it be accurate if they don't try the car on the road???

http://www.mellontuning.com

u'll need a Tactrix cable <-- you buy it and download Ecuflash and also evoscan or Mitsulogger

evoscan is for 25$
mitsulogger for free

u're gonna upload ur cars map and send it to Mellon, that's how he'll know about your cars charictaristics .. and he'll handle it from there, and u'll go through a process time. but he'll tell you everything.

If you go to Mellons website there is a tutorial video on how to upload but mostly he'll help you how to do everything, just PM him, he is Mellon on this forums

trust me thousands on people do mail in re-flash and they are super happy,,,,, Jestr has tons of experince he has been doing this for over 10 yrs,,, think about it that is a long time we are talking here DMS times back in the day,,, and today he has tunned most of the fastest evo's in Florida,,, and alll over the nation,,, plus the customer service he will provide you is exceptional

how can they tune it my 2 cents are: you will have to get what they call a tactrix cable, and must have a lap top, you will be connecting into the ECU and loading the stock map into it and sending it to Jestrtunning.com he will reflash it in other words remap the parrameter, and re-send it to you ,,, you will pick up over 20 WHP just with his base flash,,, trust me you wil be more than happy,, i am lovng it,,,,, although i am a local so we all know Jestr and interact with him

here is a link that will teach you hod to do it,,,,,,,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AigoMPNtqAA

also when you get in contact with Jestr he will go over the whole process with you.

Thank you guys for all the tips, i'll definetely get a reflash after
i do all the mods i tend to do, although for now i'll try to remove
the pill from the solenoid vacum line (as i learned in one of the links
you guys provided...)

btw, I'm not sure whether or not i hv the american spec evo,
which comes 80 kg heavier than the european.
Any of you guys know where difference in weight comes from, so that i can
check which one i hv...

Thx

People, we don't have "V" motors in our cars. We have one exhaust mani. So, if you want, call it a header. No s on the end.

Thanks...that was annoying me too.

Send a PM to ttp-engineering, they can hook you up with an awesome flash and you'll notice huge gains.

What if someone converted an EVO to naturally aspirated? 12.5-1 pistons, standalone etc.

They would have a slow 2.0 liter without a 2 step LC.
