liitle help with EVO MR...

Got the chance to finally take a MR (06 with 4k miles) out today and test drive it for the first time. Now, it has been a while since I drove any EVO, 2 years to be exact. I have a few question about it since I never drove a new one.

1. Is the MR louder inside than the regular EVO?

2. Are the all the lights for Tarmac, Gravel and Snow supposed to stay on?

3. Is the turbo that loud? I mean that thing was loud. To me sounded like the car had a dp with the stock muffler but not sure.

Other than those, loved the car.

If all the lights for the ACD (gravel, snow, tarmac) are on at the same time, there is a problem with the system.

The MR could be alittle bit louder since the roof is made of aluminum and not stamped steel.

The three lights should not all be on at the same time.

Is this an Evo IX MR? I've noticed that the spool sounds slightly louder than most VIII's. Check if theres a filter or intake installed.

All three lights on at the same time gives you the best performance

Could just be that the ACD system needs bleeding.

If the level is low, cool. If not, you might need to bleed it. I'm not sure of the process involved but there has been some threads on it. There is a bleed nipple on the bottom of the TC and involves activating the pump somehow.

I saw the thread about bleeding, is cake walk. I'm more concern about the noise to be honest, but if that is normal, I sure I find a way around it.
