transmission capacity

Hi guys ,I changed the trans fluid in my mr and only 2 qts came out .I put 2.5 qts In but the fluid never came out the fill hole .Was wondering what the procedure Is ?Thanks for any info Skred.

i think it about a gallon or so when i purchased the tranny fluid it took up most of the can and it was about a gallon thats what my mach said

Yea just look in the manual. Or simply fill it slow untill it comes out the fill
