Need help from you guys on buying my first EVO!
that is 110% not an RS my friend. The guys selling it probably dont know better, or they got the exposure they were hoping for =-)
Like stated before...
-black
-wing
-power windows
Those are the first and most obvious 3 things. I dont know anyone crazy enough that would duplicate a regular ix but not want the ABS lol... unless they added that too ;-p
Cheers!

It is a Non-ssl(no Infiniti radio/sub, HID, Leather and sunroof) GSR. Again, as others have stated, it is not an RS.
It is hard to tell if it has been modified from the far away picture. I would take a close look at the clamps on the intercooler piping and if the air box sits correctly in the engine bay. I can tell the red cover is off of the positive battery terminal.
The clutch is not a big deal at all. The oe clutch is really weak. I did not abuse mine and it lasted 12k miles. It probably scared the original owner into getting rid of the car, as it costs 2k or more at the stealership to get fixed.
From the pictures, it looks like a really good buy to me.
