Your warranty should be to either 30k or 36K.

And if this is your first OEM Stock clutch that went out after 28k miles, props to you.

But worse comes to worse, get the Act 1. You'll have a better aftermarket clutch and at a cheaper cost too.

dude same thing happened to me expect my is slipping at 15k and my car is stock, but i practiced launching a bunching times. anyways my dealership quoted me $1943 for it. I'm leaning towards act for my next clutch.

A good clutch and labor to install shouldn't cost you more than $1k at most.

Damn 28k? I have 61k and still going strong on my 9. You should hit up RRE or possibly drive down to Reese Tuning for a clutch job. They seem pretty cheap.

Only 34k on my stock clutch of easy driving. I would say that 28k isn't that out of the ordinary and that wouldn't be covered under warranty. I installed my own clutch, but it is a tough job.

31,000 on stock clutch and still strong. Definetly cheaper places out there other than the dealer.

28K as well, but no slippage. Haven't launched in over a year.

I think the removal of the restrictor pill would definitely give the clutch extra longevity.

THe 9 has a stronger pressure plate so less chance for slippage. Mine is at 20k and still going allright. Any day now its gonna start slipping and im gonna go to AMS and get a Exedy TWIN DISC FTW !!!

RRE No name clutch... basically it's ACT but without the uber yellow color. Cousin had his done there when he fired his and 50k later still just as strong the day he drove it out from RRE and he drives his evo like he stole it.
