Hi... How you guys doing? I just have question... I installed OEM license plate bracket with 3M double-sided tape 2 months ago.. used leftover tape from rexpeed vortex.. Today, I found it starts to fall off due to a hot weather... So i took it off with no problem... Is there any stronger double-sided tape that hold this under hot weather and strong wind?? I just hate to drill on my front bumper.... Any help would be appreciate....

 

3M VHB (Very High Bond) Foam Tape

if there was any tape that would hold it, it would be this stuff. even then, i dont think any tape will hold up to the test of time for what your using it for

you can find this stuff online @ www.Mcmaster.com

 

You should be able to go to a auto parts store or a bodyshop supply store and get tape that they put on body trim panels with. It's probably the same stuff as above.

 

any other input on this would be great I am also in the same situation with my front bracket

why dont you make a custom bracket that hangs on the grills like an evo 8, one of my friends did it.
