I still carry the original window sticker from when the car was new that states all the options installed and even the original price. I just showed the cop that and she let me go on my way.

I don't know how you guys get such bad attention. I have an evo SE, so I rock the projectors and the wing. I've had a catless exhaust (ti-c so not terribly loud) for about a year and a half, lowered, black rims, dark tint, and I have never been pulled over except for one time, and that's because I was speeding and deserved it. My driving is very tame and safe 90% of the time and the cops leave me alone in both tampa and orlando, both have a decent amount of street racers so it's not like they don't know what I drive. I guess some of you guys have bad cops for sure by these stories.
As much as I sympathize with everyone who has had a bad experience (I just finished getting a no front plate ticket waived), I had a squad car catch a red light with me once and the officers asked me what kind of exhaust I had, how quick the car was, etc. Then they gave me a thumbs up and went on their way. So yeah, there are some cool ones out there.

I got pulled for a license plate frame and excessive exhaust noise. That officer must've had 24/7 pms or something because she gave me NO sympathy! She even said my music was too loud ( even though the radio was actually taken out 2 days PRIOR! ) However, they do have their good days. I got pulled twice in the same night for the same reason : just so they could check mine out and praise me about it
Thanks Legal-z ... I am definitely not throwing in the towel. I plan on seeing this to the end. Lack of knowledge by an officer shouldn't mean an automatic ticket.
To further show how much cops have no idea what I drive (My car was badgeless and only said "Evolution VIII" on the door by a 1"H x 15"W decal) I got a parking ticket, Make = Honda. I was insulted in so many ways.

- Pulling out of my driveway without my sealbelt on
- Not doing a long enough complete stop "3 seconds"
- Car towed for no front plate, police authorize to suspend my license that day he pulled me over.
Lists go on, i have a red rs now too, we'll see how that goes. But for now i am going to wing and things, getting pretty hungry.
